  • Contact our customer service team via email or in writing to inform them of your intention to return the product.

  • Pack the seeds securely in their original packaging or a suitable alternative to prevent damage during transit.

  • Clearly label the package with your name, order number, and return address.

  • Arrange and cover the cost of shipping the return package to our designated address.

  1. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned seeds and verifying that they meet the return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange as follows:

  • Refund: If you choose a refund, we will reimburse the full purchase price, including any initial shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
